His Z-Ability is also held by multiple other Regeneration Fighters. Her Blast Attack is among the highest in the entire game and is bolstered tremendously by her Unique Abilities. Her Main Ability not only keeps the tempo going for her Team, but also cripples the Enemy Team by reducing their Ki by The Tag still appreciates her dual Z-Ability regardless. He provides the Android Tag a dual Z-Ability. Androids have had a resurgence, but his Z-Ability is possessed by superior Android Fighters already.
If a specific color counter Team becomes viable, some of them can see a move up to Tier 2.Consistent Teams Offensively and Defensively. All Teams in this Tier have multiple Win conditions, so they can afford to make mistakes multiple times per Battle without their chances of victory decreasing. This Tier represents Teams who could mechanically work as 'Z' Tier Teams if not for the slightest of deficiencies. Every one of these Fighters become prominently featured champions on their alternative Tags, and work even better together.
However, the Team could still improve in diversity regarding Builds, which would make it less predictable. Solid Teams that have the means to compete even against higher tier Teams, however they require more expertise compared to those to perform well.
Unless specific and unprecedented support arrives for Ginyu Force, they will always be just a subsection of the more established Frieza Force. The Universe 2 Fighters are still quite good, if they had different colors this Team would be top tier. Dragon Ball Saga is more of a funny Team concept rather than a seriously competitive Build. While the deceptive Offensive power of this Team could be Effective in skilled hands, the fact that all of its Fighters almost get defeated in one combo is a decisive flaw that makes it bad at high levels.

He also Buffs Frieza Force. Shallot is a Melee powerhouse when transformed, and comes along with Cover to give his Team some Defensive viability as well. His Z-Ability is also crucial. He shines Offensively with ferocious Combo potential and can defend himself as well. His Main Ability is a borderline guaranteed kill, or at the very least keeps momentum going for his Team.
He also reduces his card costs with every Strike or Blast Arts used. The focus seems to be focused entirely on Regeneration and Saiyan Teams for the time being. His Blast Attack Buffs are outstanding and he comes with an innate increased Card Draw speed that cannot be canceled. A Purple that is exceptional late-game will keep them relevant for quite a while.
